Kirk McDonald Park has over 20 years experience as an entrepreneur, bank officer, investment banker, business leader and international sales, marketing and financial consultant. A graduate of the University of Southern Illinois, he majored in Communications. He is a licensed Real Estate broker in Hawaii, a Member of the Maui Chamber of Commerce, Member of the Las Vegas Nevada Chamber of Commerce, an active ARDA Member and the winner of the ARDA Award in 1994 and 1995 for his directorship of two large projects in Hawaii.

Mr. McDonald Park's professional experience shows a wide variety of responsibilities. As President and CEO of the World Resource Development Corporation, he consulted the Vacation Ownership Industry, specializing in acquisition of resort properties, construction, conversion sales, and marketing and feasibility analysis. He headed the hospitality division of PNC, the Peccole Nevada Corporation and was responsible for construction design, sales and marketing strategies and headed the acquisition team.

For several years he headed the Sunterra Resorts in Hawaii as Vice president of Sales and Marketing and for a number of years he was the Project Director of the Aloha Resorts International, Kahana Falls Resort Maui, Hawaii.

Mr. MacDonald Park is the President of the Nature Protection Society in Costa Rica.

He is an active Member in his community i.e. Pop Warner Football, Little League and Pony League and a D.A.R.E. Community Member.

Kirk McDonald Park resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his family.
